ORDER L8.L2.20L2 Petitioners have filed the present writ petitions seeking quashing of the impugned order dated J'5.2.2OI2 passed by National Council for Teachers Education to the extent it directs respondent no.2 to obtain recommendations of the State Government before processing the application of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the Public Notice dated 26.I1-.20L2, a copy of which has been handed over in Court today, he has instructions not to press the present writ petitions and applications. Counsel further submits that the Appeal Committee has passed an order in favour of the petitioner on J'5.2.20L2 and, thus, the Regional Committee should comply with the same while taking into consideration the public notice dated

26.rr.20r2. Accordingly, writ petition and applications stand dismissed as not pressed. In case the petitioners make a request to the Regional Committee, the Regional Committee shall consider the request of the petitioners in the light of the Public Notice dated 26.II.20I2.
