05.10.2012 CM No. 16970/2012 (Exemption) in WP(C) 6358/2012 CM NO. 16973/2012 (Exemption) in WP(C) 6360/2012 Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Page I of3 WP (C) No. 6358/2012 & CM NO. 16969/2012 WP (C) No. 6360/2012 & CM NO. 16972/2012 Issue notice. Mr. Bipul Kumar, Advocate who appears on adv.ance notice accepts notice in the captioned writ petitions. With consent of counsels, the writ petitions are taken for hearing and disposal. By way of the captioned writ petitions, in effect challenge is laid to order dated 17.09.2012, passed by the Special Director, Directorate of Enforcement; though the prayers in the writ petition do not specifically impugn the said order. The prayers made however, as indicated above, in effect, challenge various parts of the order, which was subject matter of three applications filed by the writ petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners after some arguments confines his relief to only one aspect, which is that; as one of the noticees, he is entitled to copies of final replies, if any, filed by the other noticees. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at this moment, the petitioners :=-;,;ve only filed a preliminary reply. They have requested for copies of reply filed by the other noticees. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioners will file their final reply during the course of the day. He submits that after the final reply is filed by the petitioners, they be given a copy of the reply, if any, filed by the other noticees. Based on the stand taken by the petitioners before me, I do not see any difficulty in the petitioners being given copies of replies, if any, filed by K.... the other noticees, after the petitioners have filed their final replies.
