ORDER
08.L1.2011 The learned counsel for the appellant states that since the filing of the petition, the petitioner's wife (Mehshar Jahan), has returned to her matrimonial home and she is now residing with the petitioner. The learned counsel, however, states that some direction be given to the police station to ensure that the petitioner and his wife are safe inasmuch as, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is receiving certain threats. In view of the fact that the petitioner's wife has retumed to her matrimonial home, no further directions are necessary in this writ petition except to direct the Station House Officer of Police Station Jait Pur that no untoward incident takes place. The writ petition stands disposed of. w.P.(cRL) Isrs/20rr HASIM Through: Dasti. J "h /hruZ-,---t . BADAR DT]RREZ AHMED, J l/"',u - NOVEMBER 08, 2011 SR !l i'l't,) VEENA BIRBAL, J
