02.11.2012 Crl. M.A. Nos. 18300 and 18302/2012 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. r Applications are disposed o£ CRL.M.C. Nos. 3772-73/2012 2-Sohan Lal is father in law of elder brother of Kapil Kumar. This shows that all of them are closely related to each other. A quarrel took place between them resulting in injuries to Kapil Kumar and Arun Kumar. Cross FIRs were registered against each other. FIR No. 105/2011 under Sections 324/34 was registered at Police Station Badarpur on the complaint of Arun Kumar; whereas FIR No. 104/2011 under Sections 323/324/341/34 IPC was registered in the same police station on the complaint of Kapil Kumar. Subsequently, Section 326 IPC was added, since Kapil Kumar had sustained gnevous mJunes. Being members of the same family and with the intervention of other family members and common friends, Arun Kumar, Kapil Kumar and Sohan Lal have settled their disputes amicably as they want to maintain harmonious relations in future. Keeping in mind that parties are closely related and have settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as, they want to maintain harmonious relations in future, in the interest ofjustice, FIR No. 105/2011 under Sections 324/34 and FIR No. 104/2011 under Sections 323/324/341/326/34 IPC both registered at Police Station Badarpur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
