16.11.2011 This is a revision petition against the order of conviction and sentence passed in complaint case No.73/2006. This court vide order dated 02nd November, 2010 directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.4,50,000/-. It is stated that the said amount has already been , deposited by the petitioner with the District Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi. Now the parties have arrived at a settlement. Pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the parties, a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- shall be payable to the respondent, Sh.Madan Lal Mohan Lal and the balance of Rs. one lacs including the accrued interest is to be refunded back to the petitioner. Consequently, it is ordered that out of the deposited sum of Rs.4,50,000/- with the accrued interest an Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. fr amount of Rs.3,50,000/- shall be released in fa'our of M/s Madan Lal Mohan Lal and the balance of Rs.1,00,000/- with entire accrued interest to the petitioner.
