ORDER

12.11.2010 This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.26 of 2010 under Section 408 IPC registered with police station Vasant Kunj and the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise arrive at between the parties. The petitioner was given material for export by the complainant but instead of exporting the material in the name of complainant, the petitioner inflated the price of the material and showed someone else as exporter. I consider that the intention of the petitioner was to cheat the government and take benefit of duty drawback from the government. The comP,romise with the complainant cannot be a ground for quashing an dismissed.
