DW-2 examined cross-examined and discharged. The Registry is directed to re-seal the original agreement to sell in the absence of the parties or their counsels as counsels do not have any objection to the same. One more opportunity sought by the defendant to lead further evidence as per his list. Out of the eight witnesses mentioned in the list, witness No.1 and 2 have already been examined. Witness No.3 Mr.Sanjay Singh being a witness to the documents and facts is relevant.
