ORDER

12.10.2012 The load of the petitioner has been enhanced by the respondent suo moto which has led to the filing of the present writ petition. Another grievance raised by the petitioner is that the representation made by the petitioner for reduction of the load has not been considered. Counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation expeditiously. Counsel for the respondent has no objection. In view of the stand taken by counsel for the parties the wril petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner within two weeks from today. It is agreed that the petitioner or his representative will appear before respondent no.l at 2.30 p.m After hearing the petitioner or his representative, respondent no.l shall pass a speaking order within two weeks thereafter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order which may be passed, petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again. The writ petition and the application stand disposed of.
