ORDER

18.10.2012 At joint request of learned counsel for the parties, we have called for the file of the present writ petition in view of L.P.A. No. 710/2012 having been filed against the order dated 15.10.2012, in terms whereof, the learned Single Judge had not granted interim orders in favour of the petitioner, as the order dated 28.08.2012 had been challenged only in October 2012. It has, however, been possible to sort out the main controversy itself and the writ petition is disposed of in the following agreed terms:

(i) The petitioner, without getting into the controversy whether he had or had not supplied the requisite documents/information to the respondent agrees to make available all the requisite documents/ information within one day (i.e., 24 hours). _ ____._ '•',• - '! L1

(ii) The respondents agree that on the said submitted, to re-examine the matter and to consider whether the petitioner has now satisfied the requirements and in view thereof thereafter the respondent would like to recall the impugned order.

(iii) It will be open to the petitioner to approach the broadcasters for inter-connection agreements on the basis of the orders passed by us today.

(iv) The respondents will take a considered decision within a period of three days of the documents and material being made available by the petitioner. The writ petition and the interim application, accordingly, stand disposed of. The matter need not be listed on 19.12.2012.
