Judgment

ORDER % 2l.ll.20ll This is an application under Section 438 CR.PC filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. The petitioner herein is one of the Directors of \zlls Shruti Motors. The complainant had purchased a car on hire-purchase-basis and the same was financed through ICICI Bank. For the alrangement of loan, the Commission Agent Dalip Kumar had obtained six signed blank cheques and other documents from her. Qne of the cheques was for Rs.5,48,000/- which was credited in the account of Shruti Motors. This was despite that the complainant had paid the entire loan in monthly installments to ICICI Bank. It was revealed that the petitioner was also involved in two other similar cases registered against him vide FIR NO.23612010 Police Station Pahar Ganj and FIR No.51Il20I0 PS Maurya Enclave Limited. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has compromised the matter with the complainant in those matters and the payments are being made. It is seen that it has been the modus operandi of the petitioner to'cheat the innocent persons in such like manner. Keeping in view the fact that the investigation is at initial stage where the custodial intenogation of the petitioner is necessary, I do not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail application is hereby dismissed. \ $-ss * t-D D,, M.L.
