12.10.2012 W.P.(CRL) 1381/2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition be treated as a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Registry to register this petition as Crl. M.C. Crl. M.C.3 ^S9 /2012(to be numbered) Vide order dated 12"" August, 2011 a Single Judge of this Court has ordered for release of petitioner under the Probation of OffendersAct, 1958 ("the Act", for short) in Crl. A. No. 320/200L Petitionerwas directedto furnish a bond in the sum of ^20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety for his good behavior for a period of one year, besides paying ?5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) under Section 5(b) of the Act. Petitioner was direct to furnish bond and deposit cost before the trial court within four weeks. Unfortunately, petitioner was not able to present bond and deposit the cost within the stipulated period and it was furnished 11 days late, therefore, has not been accepted by the trial court. Petitioner seeks extension of time for furnishing the bond and deposit the cost. Time is extendedto comply the order dated 12'^ August, 2011 passed in Crl. A.
