MA 18167/2011 (stay) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of the FIR No.7812003 under Section 435 IPC registered with Police Station Maurice N agar and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the ground that the parties inter se have compromised the matter amicably. The petitioners and respondents are present in person and are identified by their respective counsels. The petitioners atIld the respondent no.2 are the students when the incident took place. They have now amicably settled all their disputes. Respondents no.2 and 3 are present in person and submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners and they do not intend to prosecute the instant FIR and that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and accord and without any pressure or coercion of any sort. Having regarding to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed and FIR NO.78/2003 under Section 435 IPC registered with Police Station Maurice Nagar and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. ---------------------- Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. -1" i The petition and the apphcation stand disposed of accordingly.
