¶1Ms. Salwan, has returned with instructions.

¶2Learned counsel says that the respondent would have no objection, if this Court were to appoint a former Judge of this Court as an Arbitrator.

¶3Mr. Seth, who, appears for the petitioner submits likewise.

¶4Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the following directions:-

4.1 Hon"ble Ms. Justice Indermeet Kaur Kochhar, former Judge of this Court, (M: 9910384614) is appointed as an Arbitrator.

4.2 Learned Arbitrator will be paid fee in terms of the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

¶5A copy of this order will be dispatched by the Registry to the learned Arbitrator.
