23.11.2011 This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 151/2006, under Sections 323/325/365/34 IPG, P.S.Vivek Vihar. FIR was registered on the complaint of the respondent No. 2 Vipin Sharma. Petitioners and the respondent No. 2 are present in person. They are identified by their respective counsels and the Investigating Officer. The parties are residents of same locality and both the parties state that they have compromised the matter. Respondent No. 2/coinplainant states that he has settled the matter with the petitioners out of his own free will and; Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. volition and without any pressure of any sort and he has no objection if the present FIR is quashed. Respondent No. 2 further submits that now, he is left with no grievance against the petitioners. In view of the foregoing, no useful purpose shall be served by continuing with the present FIR. Accordingly, FIR No. 151/2006, under Sections 323/325/365/34 IPC, P.S.Vivek Vihar and the proceedings arising out of the same are quashed, subject to the petitioners depositing cost of Rs. 20,000/- with Bar Counsel of Delhi Indigent & Disabled Lawyers' Account within one week.
