Crl. M.A. No. 3770/2016 Counsel for the State has tendered in court a further status report, which is taken on record. A copy of the same be provided to the petitioner.

As per the status report dated 27.02.2017, a second supplementary charge sheet has been filed in the case against the accused Manoj Kumar and Rakesh Kumar (PO) on 28.11.2016 before the Trial Court. It is further disclosed that the original documents were obtained from the court of learned ADJ, Karkardooma Courts and the concerned Trial Court has sent all documents with the specimen signatures, handwriting and thumb impressions to the FSL Rohini for examination on 25.11.2016. The report of the FSL is presently awaited.

In view of the aforesaid development, counsel for the petitioner does not press the application at this stage. Accordingly, the application is disposed of in view of further development in the case. It is hoped that the FSL shall expedite the making of a report on the documents submitted to it.
