ORDER

24.10.2011 Respondent no.1/bank has received an amount of Rs.S lacs in full and final settlement of dues under the subject money decree. Learned counsel for the bank also confirms this aspect. Since the dues in the account have been cleared off, learned counsel for the bank states that the bank will not pursue the execution proceedings filed before the DRT with respect to the subject account. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in these appeals which are accordingly disposed of as infructuous. The next date before the Registrar i.e. 3l.l.2012 in RFA 846/2010 stands cancelled. OCTOBER 24, 2011 ib VALMIKI J.
