M.A. No. 18000/20r.0 in w.p. (crt.) No. 1659/2009 Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking direction to SHO, P.S. Daryanganj/P.S l.P. Estate to produce and place on record the copy of the FIR pertaining to the theft of holy armaments on 04.05.1981 and produce the FIR register, D.D, entry register and NCR register for the month of May, 1981. On perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has placed on record the certified copy of the order dated 15.11.2010 of ACMM, Delhi which clearly shows that police officer produced the FIR register of Daryaganj for the year 1981 which was perused by the complainant i.e. petitioner.herein with the assistance of his counsel and no FIR regarding theft of holy armaments of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji from Mata Sundari Gurudwara, Daryanganj situated near lTO, Delhi was found registered on

04.05.1981. Since, the FIR register was produced in the Court and perused by the complainant, I find no merit in this petition. Application as well as the petition are disposed of accordingly.
