¶2It is stated that the parties have settled the matter and the Settlement Agreement ('SA') dated 8th February, 2017 enclosed with this application is taken on record.

¶3Accordingly, this application is allowed. OMP No. 1285/2014

¶4The petition is disposed of in terms of the SA dated 8th February, 2017 which is binding on both the parties and this shall be read as forming part of the present order.
