¶1None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners despite passover.

¶2Mr.Sanjeev Bhandari, Special PP for CBI informs that connected matter being W.P.(Crl.) 1266/2016 is coming up for hearing before this Bench on 22nd January, 2018.

¶3Learned counsel for the parties are directed to file their brief written synopsis not exceeding two pages by citing relevant case law, if any, before the next date of hearing with advance copy to the other side.

¶4List on 22nd January, 2018 along with connected matter being W.P.(Crl.) 1266/2016.

¶5At this stage, Mr.Madhav Khurana, learned counsel for the petitioners appears and submits that he has the instructions from the petitioners to withdraw this writ petition and he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

¶6The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

¶7The next date of hearing in the matter i.e. 22nd January, 2018 stands cancelled.
