10.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for about eight months. Prosecutrix has improved her version in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Petitioner is a married person, having two children. Petitioner was living with his brother-in-law in an adjoining room, where prosecutrix was also staying with her family. A quarrel had taken place between the petitioner's brother-in-law and father of prosecutrix one month ago. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned APP has opposed grant of bail to the petitioner. It is alleged that petitioner had molested the prosecutrix, who is aged about 10 years. He kissed her and pressed her breast, as per the FIR. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Petitioner will also not visit the Amar Colony area, where prosecutrix is residing. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti
