08.09.2015 Mr. Jagjit Singh, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that an Arbitrator has been appointed albeit much later than the time which was available to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has ohjeetions to the appointment of the Arbitrator by the respondent. He seeks the appointment of an Signed By:RAM DATT Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. Arbitrator by the Court under Seetion 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Under these eircumstanees, the request that the Court may appoint an Arbitrator is accepted and Mr. Inderjeet Singh Alag, Advocate (Mobile No. 9810Q84285) is appointed as the Arbitrator. The Arbitration shall be conducted at the Delhi High Court International Arbitration Centre, according to the applicable rules. A copy of this order be sent to the Delhi High Court International Arbitration Centre as well as be served upon Mr. Alag, before whom the parties shall appear on 15.09.2015.
