¶1The Court is informed by counsels for the parties, except respondent No.1, that mediation proceedings are going on before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Patiala House Court in respect of several disputes between the parties and the next date fixed before the learned Mediator is 25.3.2017.

¶2Counsel for the petitioners states, on instructions, that the offer made by the other side has been turned down by the petitioners, but the said fact has yet to be brought to the notice of the learned Mediator.
