29.07.2016 of Dr. Hardeep Kaur, learned ADJ-02, Shahdara District, KKD, Delhi on the ground that the matter does not pertain to said district and instead pertains to East District as the suit property is situated in Mandawali which area falls within the sub division Preet Vihar of East District. In view of the same, ministerial order dated 15.01.2016 for transfer of the present matter to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated
24.11.2015, is modified and the matter now stands transferred to East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 14.12.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Learned counsel Contd....2 for plaintiff undertakes that that he shall inform learned counsel for contesting defendants in writing about today's proceedings and transfer of the matter.
