Learned counsel for plaintiff has claimed that territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction of the present matter lies in New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts and the matter may be transferred there, to which learned counsel for defendant has no objection. Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court Complex, Delhi on 16.09.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
