This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, Mijanur Rahman in connection with Bongaigaon GRPS case No. Page No.# 2/2 141/2023 under Section 120(B)/341/343/302 IPC. Perused the material so far collected by the I/O. Also perused the statement of the witnesses. The statements of the witnesses suggest that both the petitioner and the deceased were friends and used to go their work place and on the day prior to the fateful day they travelled together and subsequently the dead body of the victim was found in a railway track.
