Page No.# 3/3 This interlocutory application has been filed for impleadment of the informant and the victim of this case as respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in the connected AB No. 3742/2023.

It is submitted by Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant, that inadvertently, the names of respondent Nos. 2 & 3, who are the informant and the victim of this case, were not made as party respondents in the connected anticipatory bail application, being AB No. 3742/2023, and accordingly prayed to implead them as party respondents in the said connected anticipatory bail.

In this context, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. Das, raised no objection.

Accordingly, the present interlocutory application stands allowed. The informant and the victim are hereby impleaded as party respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in the connected AB No. 3742/2023.

The learned counsel for the applicant will accordingly file an amended Cause Title in the said AB No. 3742/2023.

In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
