Heard Mr. B Deori, learned counsel for the applicant. Also Heard Mr. R.K.Jain, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Mr. P.S.Bhattacharya, Page No.# 2/3 learned counsel for the respondent No. 2. By this interlocutory application under Section 152 of the CPC, 1908, the applicant has prayed for correction of the order dated 02.12.2022, passed in CRP (I/O) No. 293/2022. It is seen that vide order, dated 02.12.2022, in paragraph No.2, instead of Munsiff No.1, it is to be Munsiff No. 2, in the last paragraph, instead of Munsiff No. 1, it is to be Munsiff No.2 and in the last paragraph instead of Title Suit No.459/2016 it is reflected as T.S. No. 4596/2016. The learned counsel for the respondents submits no objection to the prayer of the applicants. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the prayer for correction as sought for by the applicant is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 02.12.2022, passed in CRP (I/O) 293/2022 is modified to the extent that in the said order, instead of Munsiff No.1, it is to be read as Munsiff No. 2, in the last paragraph, instead of Munsiff No. 1, it is to be read as Munsiff No.2 and in the last paragraph instead of T.S. No. 4596/2016, the same shall be read as Title Suit No.459/2016. This order shall form part of the order, 02.12.2022, passed in CRP (I/O) 293/2022. Registry to do the needful. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
