ORDER
10.01.2024 Heard Mr. D. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. S. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the respondents. This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.11.2023 passed in Title Suit No. 23/2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Golaghat, whereby, for certain reasons, the defendant was debarred from filing the written statement on the ground that the period of 90 (ninety) days has already elapsed. Today, Mr. Bhuyan submits that he will provide the copies of the documents relying upon by him to the petitioner/defendant and the defendant should be allowed one last opportunity to file his written statement. After considering the submission made by the learned counsel for both the sides, it is hereby directed that on 19.01.2024 the plaintiffs shall provide the copies of the documents relied upon by him to the defendant and after that, on 06.02.2024 the defendant/petitioner shall file his written statement. With the above, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
