ORDER Date : 08-01-2024 Heard Mr. A. Z. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant. This Interlocutory Application is preferred by Mirazul Hoque for allowing him to make correction in cause title of A. B. No. 3/2024. Perused the application and the documents placed on record. Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the cause title of A.B. No. 3/2024, the Sections of the South Salmara Case No.360/2023 has been mentioned as 147/148//325/326/354(B) IPC read with Section 135 of the Electricity Act, but the same ought to have been South Salmara P. S .Case No. 360/2023 u/s 294/353/379/506 read with Section 135 of Electricity Act. Mr. R. J. Barua, learned Addl. P.P. submits that he has no objection in the event of allowing this Interlocutory Application . Having heard the learned Advocates of both sides, I have gone through the application and the documents placed on record and it appears that the Sections of South Salmara P.S. Case No. 360 /2023 has wrongly been mentioned as 147/148/325/326/354(B) IPC read with Section 135 of the Electricity Act and same ought to have been South Salmara P. S. Case No. 360/2023 u/s 294/353/379/506 read with Section 135 of Electricity Act. Accordingly, this application stands allowed. Page No.# 3/3 The applicant is allowed to make necessary correction in the AB No. 03/2024 to the extent indicated herein above. In terms of above this I.A stands disposed of.
