Saraswati Devi and Ors v. Ram Babu Singh and Ors

¶1It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the Appellants as well as the learned counsel for the Respondents that the land in question is a Government land wherein the plaintiffs and the defendants were fighting as regards their possessory rights. It has been further submitted that in the meantime, the land has already been taken over by the Government and as such nothing remains to be decided in the second appeal.

¶2Taking into account the said submissions so made by the learned counsels for the parties, the matter stands dismissed as it has become infructuous.

¶3The Registry is directed to forthwith return the LCR to the learned Court below.
