Mr. N Goswami, learned Junior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents pursuant to the order dated 03.05.2024 has produced the instruction dated 27.05.2024. From a perusal of the said instruction(s), it is seen that the charge-sheet had already been filed in respect to Sonapur Police Station Case No.392/2013 registered under Section 365 of the IPC vide charge sheet No./Offence Report No.93/2024 dated 22.05.2024 under Sections 120(B)/365/302/201 IPC.

¶2The said instruction along with the status report are kept on record and marked with the letter 'X'.

¶3Taking into account the above, nothing further survives to be adjudicated upon in the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Page No.# 3/3

¶4The petitioner herein being the complainant would be at liberty to take further steps, if so necessary, before the appropriate Court.
