Case No. 14/2022 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Morigaon. Page No.# 2/2 It is well settled that against an order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, an appeal can be raised before the learned Sessions Judge. Therefore, the petitioner is advised to file an appeal before the Sessions Court, Morigaon for seeking relief. With the above observation, the present criminal revision petition stands closed and disposed of.
