Mr. S. C. Biswas, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner.

¶2The record reveals that the service is duly complete.

¶3The Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the fact that though the Presiding Officer, Lok Adalat, Kokrajhar had disposed off the claim proceedings by settling the claim at Rs.14,00,000/- and also directed the insurer to pay the awarded amount within 1 (one) month out of which 30% of the awarded amount was directed to be kept in fixed deposit but the Petitioner herein who admittedly also a claimant has not been granted any benefit.

¶4This Court is of the opinion that the Petitioner would be well advised to approach the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Page No.# 3/3 Kokrajhar apprising the said Court that the Petitioner being a major, her daughter-in-law Smti. Hemlata Roy could not have represented her and in that circumstances, if an application is duly filed, this Court directs the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kokrajhar after issuing due notice to Smti. Hemlata Roy to duly consider the same. The said application be filed within 30 days from today.

¶5With above observations and directions, the instant petition stands disposed of.
