26.04.2024 Heard Mr. KN Choudhury, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, Sri Kuldip Das in connection with Garchuk PS case No. 08/2024 under Section 120(B)/420/467/468 IPC. Page No.# 2/2 It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam that the charge sheet being CS No. 56/2024 dated 30.03.2024 has already been filed by the Investigating Officer after completion of the investigation. In that view of the matter, the instant bail application stands closed. The interim order dated 12.01.2024 passed earlier shall remain in force till the petitioner appears before the learned trial court on receipt of summon and seeks regular bail. In the event of such appearance seeking regular bail, the same be considered as per law.
