ORDER Date : 01.03.2024 Mrs. A. Bujarbaruah, learned counsel appears for the petitioner, in view of the alleged violation of the order dated 08.04.2021 passed in WP(C) 4183/2020, wherein the claim of the petitioner was to be processed, in terms of the judgment of the Full Bench of this court in the case of Tamsher Ali -vs-State of Assam and others, reported in 2008(4) GLT 1. Mr. P. Nayak, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance with the order passed by this Court in WP(C) 4183/2020, the name of the petitioner has been included in the list to be verified for payment of contractual bills, in terms of the Full Bench judgment of this Court in Tamsher Ali (supra). He accordingly submits that this contempt petition can be closed, as he has provided the list, which shows that the petitioner's name had been included in the list of persons to be verified for payment of unpaid contractual bills. On considering the submissions of the parties and noticing that the list has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
