Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and after taking into consideration of the fact that the appellants/applicants in the money suit have admitted the fact that a certain amount is due against the appellants and if that amount is included, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein qualifies the technical qualification as mentioned in the tender document, we are of the view that no case for grant of interim stay is made out. Hence, the instant Interlocutory Application [I.A.(Civil) No.402/2024] is dismissed.
