Taking into account the above and the reliefs which have been sought for in the instant writ proceeding, Mr. S. Chauhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he would not press the instant writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal. The interim order dated 09.04.2015, by which the Sessions Case No. 205/2013, pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Barpeta, was stayed, is hereby vacated.
