Mr. S. Borthakur, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that he would not like to press the instant writ petition taking into account that there are certain formal defects in the instant writ petition. He however submits that he may be permitted to refile the same by removing the said formal defects.
¶2Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
¶3However, liberty is given to the petitioners to refile the same by removing those formal defects.
¶4Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
