Khataniar, learned counsel for the respondent. This is an application for impleading the new incumbent, Sri. Narayan Konwar, Secretary, Department of School Education, Dispur, Guwahati, as respondent no. 5 in the connected contempt petition, as the earlier incumbent, respondent no. 4 is no longer working in the said post. The petitioner has already served notice to the new incumbent in this regard, which was received on 10.11.2023. As Sri. Narayan Konwar, is the present Secretary, Department of School Education, Dispur, Guwahati, being posted in place of earlier incumbent, Dr. Bijoya Choudhury, hence, it is prayed for his impleadment. The prayer is allowed. Accordingly, Mr. Narayan Konwar, who is presently posted as the Secretary, Page No.# 3/3 Department of School Education, Dispur, Guwahati, is impleaded as respondent no. 5 in the connected contempt case No. 352/2022. The Registry shall take steps to implead the present incumbent Shri. Narayan Konwar, as respondent no. 5 in the connected contempt petition. With the above, this I.A. stands disposed of.
