None appears for the petitioner on call. Mr. A. Das, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 submits that in terms of the direction passed by this Court vide the order dated 01.08.2022, in WP(C) No.5025/2021, the appeal as submitted by the petitioner was given a final consideration and disposed of vide order dated 06.07.2023, passed by the Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Department of School Education. On perusal of the order dated 06.07.2023, it is seen that the same is in terms of the directions passed by this Court and accordingly there is no willful and deliberate violation of the directions passed by this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to present a challenge to the order dated 06.07.2023, by way of Page No.# 3/3 filing an appropriate application. A copy of the order dated 06.07.2023, as furnished by Mr. A. Das, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 is kept on record and marked as 'X'.
