¶2The record reveals that the petitioner had not appeared before this Court since 2021 on various dates.

¶3It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant proceeding. This Court also finds it relevant to take note of the affidavit-in-opposition so filed by the respondent stating, inter alia, that there is no violation to the orders passed by the learned Trial Court.

¶4Considering the above, this Court does not find any good grounds for proceeding with the instant contempt proceeding against the respondent.

¶5Accordingly the contempt proceedings stands dropped.
