Heard Dr. R. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. G. Boklial, learned standing counsel for the Co-Operation Department and Mr. S.K. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 are present. Having considered that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present Writ petition has been duly redressed, as the respondents have already released the petitioner's dues of VRS and the closure benefits and as such, there is no live issue to be determined. Accordingly the writ petition is closed and disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court, in the event, she is aggrieved by the calculation and the cutoff date of the dues.
