Heard Mr. M. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. I. H. Laskar, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.

This Interlocutory Application has been filed praying to implead the mother of the victim as respondent No. 3 in the connected criminal petition, being Crl. Pet./1115/2022.

Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, has submitted the inadvertently, the mother of the victim has not been made a party in the connected criminal petition, being Crl. Pet./1115/2022 and accordingly prayed for allowing him to implead her as respondent No. 3 in the said connected criminal petition.

In this context, Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Page No.# 3/3 raised no objection.

Accordingly, the present interlocutory application stands allowed. The mother of victim, namely, Ms. Tara Bhanu, is hereby impleaded as party respondent No. 3 in the connected criminal petition, being Crl. Pet./1115/2022.

The learned counsel for the applicant will accordingly file an amended Cause Title in the said criminal petition, being Crl. Pet./1115/2022.

In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
