25.01.2024 Heard Mr K Rahman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants and Page No.# 2/2 Mr R R Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam/respondent.

¶2By this application, it is submitted by the applicants that in Criminal Petition No. 52/2024, the year of the GR Case Number and Police Station Case Number were wrongly mentioned. There was a typographical error in respect of the interim order dated 22.01.2024, passed in Criminal Petition No. 52/2024, as a result of the typographical error in the GR Case Number and Police Station Case Number, mentioned in Criminal Petition No. 52/2024. The applicants have prayed to correct the GR Case Number as –'GR Case No. 1726/2021', instead of –'GR Case No. 1726/2023' and the Police Station Case Number as-'North Lakhimpur PS Case No. 776/2021', instead of-'North Lakhimpur PS Case No. 776/2023'.

¶3The typographical error is allowed to be corrected.

¶4The paragraph-2 of the interim order dated 22.01.2024, passed in Criminal Petition No. 52/2024, wherein the GR Case Number and the Police Station Case Number was wrongly inserted, stands corrected to the extent indicated above.

¶5Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.

¶6This order shall form a part of the order dated 22.01.2024, passed in Criminal Petition No. 52/2024. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
