Heard Mr. K.K. Dey, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard the respondent no. 1/revenue department. Ms. S. Baruah, learned Government Department points out that the documents annexed with this writ petition as Annexure-1 to 9 are incomplete as the conditions on which the allotment was made is not annexed. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to rectify the defect. As an incomplete document has been annexed to this writ petition, rectification will not be allowed. However, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw writ petition and to approach again.
