It is seen that even on last occasion, i.e., on 19.05.2023, the petitioner remained unrepresented. Page No.# 2/2 Prior to that on 03.08.2022, the matter was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though by order dated 21.12.2016, the Court called for the records of Crl. Revn. No. 2(1)/2012 and Misc. Case No. 149 under Section 125 CrPC from the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Karimganj, but the office note dated 20.07.2022 reflects that due to non furnishing of proper criminal revision number involved in the case as well as non inclusion of the order of the Misc. Case, the relevant records could not be called for. In view of the above, this criminal petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
