P.P., that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 161/2023 dated 31.08.2023 in connection with Lumding P.S. Case No. 166/2023. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Hojai, Assam within 7 (seven) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. Till then, he shall not be arrested. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. This disposes of the anticipatory bail application.
