ORDER Date : 09.09.2024 Heard Mr. H. Das, learned Amicus Curiae appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

¶2The learned Amicus Curiae submits that in terms of this Court's order dated

31.07.2024, he has taken steps and verified that the pending Title Suit No. 47/2005 has been disposed of on 13.10.2011 and that the suit was dismissed on default.

¶3It is seen that the LCR was called for and on perusal of the LCR, it is noted that the Title Suit No. 47/2005 was disposed of on 21.03.2011 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) No. 1, Nagaon.

¶4In view of the above, this Court finds that the instant Civil Revision Petition No. 456/2015 has become infructuous and accordingly, the said Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of on becoming infructuous.

¶5In appreciation of the services rendered by Mr. H. Das, learned Amicus Curiae, the fees as per Rule would be paid to him.
