¶1Mr. H. Buragohain, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the NABARD submitted that the amount of Rs.4,63,000/- which has been sought for by the Petitioner by way of the instant writ petition has already been disbursed to the Petitioner.

¶2Mr. K. K. Phukan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner has duly received the said amount.

¶3Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition therefore stands closed as the relief which have been sought for have been duly granted.

¶4The E-mail on the basis of which the learned Standing counsel for the NABARD submitted is kept on record and marked with the letter "X".
