Heard Mr. P. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P., Assam. This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, (1) Giasuddin khan @ Giasuddin

(2) Nur Mohammad Ali @ Nur Mahammad (3) Shahadat Ali apprehending their arrest in connection with Jogighopa P.S. Case No. 16/2024 registered u/s 341/294/326/34 of the IPC. It is submitted by Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. P.P., Assam that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 09/2024, dated

31.01.2024. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below and seek regular bail, if so advised.
